Snake rail fence, and electric for common area

Hello all,

In the last few weeks, our snake rail fencing has been erected around much of the common area. Special thanks to Rudy, who has coordinated and taken part in all of the construction sessions. In a related matter, Billy Fout and his crew have trenched and laid the conduit for electric service to our newly constructed picnic area. Hopefully, power will be available there before it gets too cold.
